About Floyd Brooks

My name is Floyd Brooks. I was born and raised in Trelawny, Jamaica. Almost no one knows where Trelawny is located, so it is easier if I just say it is between Montegobay and Ocho Rios. I came to the United States to study on an academic scholarship at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

I received a degree in biology and I minored in marketing.

I became a teacher through Americorp/ Teach For America.

I have taught for the City of Atlanta and Gwinnett County Public Schools.

I received my real estate license out of my love for real estate and the ability to help others achieve their goals through real estate.

I am married. We have three children, including a set of twins.

We have lived in Gwinnett County since we came to Georgia from Wisconsin in 2006.
